Retreats at Tikkun Sanctuary

Small groups, built with intention — around two retreats a month, plus private stays shaped around one person.

Every retreat at Tikkun Sanctuary is different, but they share a common purpose: creating enough space, support, and intention for something meaningful to happen.

Private Individualized Programs

Built around one person rather than a calendar. Some come for ceremony; others for time in nature, solitude, or a longer stretch of preparation before a next step.

Ways to come

Three kinds of experience.

Different shapes, the same intention: time, quiet, and enough support to make use of both.

Private retreats

Built around one person, or one small circle.

A private retreat is shaped around the needs, intentions, and pace of the guest — one person, a couple, a family, or a few close friends.

We begin with a conversation: what you are carrying, what you would like time for, how much structure helps and how much gets in the way. The days are then built from that, rather than from a programme you arrive into.

Some people come to think something through. Some come to rest properly for the first time in years. Both are good reasons.

Group retreats

A small number of people, a few days, real conversation.

Group retreats are immersive shared experiences built around connection, reflection, community, and meaningful personal work.

Groups stay small enough that everyone is known by name before the first evening is over. Days hold a mix of guided sessions, time outdoors, shared meals, and long stretches of unscheduled quiet.

Being alongside other people who are also paying attention tends to do something that solitude cannot.

Wellness experiences

Shorter stays, gentler pace.

Not every visit calls for a full retreat. Wellness experiences draw on breathwork, movement, meditation, integration, spiritual practice, time in nature, and other supportive modalities.

They suit someone who wants to slow down for a day or two, return to a practice they have let go of, or simply find out what unhurried time feels like again.

They are also a reasonable way to meet the Sanctuary, and us, before committing to something longer.

14-Day Immersion

For men who need more time and space to step outside patterns that have been running their lives and begin living differently. It is a different experience from a retreat, for a different need — not the next step after one.

Sacred Ceremony

Most retreats at Tikkun Sanctuary include a sacred medicine ceremony — as one part of the experience, not the whole of it.

It sits inside the whole of the retreat rather than apart from it — a small group who come to know each other, the land and the Maloka, shared meals, circles and quiet, and facilitators who hold the shape of the days. Preparation beforehand and integration afterwards are not additions to a ceremony; they are part of the same work.

Sacred medicine ceremonies, when offered, are conducted by Tikkun Healing Center, an affiliated spiritual organization. Each is held within a carefully prepared and supported ceremonial container.

Tikkun Retreats manages the retreat experience, registration, accommodations, programming, and payment. A donation is made to Tikkun Healing Center on behalf of participating guests.
