Your information

Last updated 14 September 2026. This page describes what this website does, in plain language. If anything here is unclear, write to us and we will explain it.

What this website collects

Only what you choose to send us through one of its three forms: the retreat enquiry form, and the 14-Day Immersion's Start the Conversation and admissions forms. What you write is emailed, through our email service, to the people who will answer you, and is not stored on this website. A retreat enquiry goes to our retreats inbox; one about a weekend with Alex and Jacquelyn Myrin is also shared with Tikkun Healing Center. The 14-Day Immersion forms go to its admissions team. This site has no newsletter sign-up, no account system, no advertising trackers, and no analytics. It sets no cookies of its own. You can read every page without telling us who you are.

The site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts. Doing so sends your IP address and browser details to Google, which is how any font file reaches your device.

When you email us

If you write to us, we keep your message and your email address so we can reply and so we have a record of the conversation. We do not sell it, rent it, or pass it to anyone outside Tikkun, and we do not add you to a mailing list because you wrote to us once.

When you register for a retreat

Retreat registration is handled through Retreat Guru, a booking service we use. When you register, the information you give — your name, contact details, payment details, and anything you tell us about yourself on an intake form — is held by Retreat Guru and by us. Retreat Guru has its own privacy policy, which governs what it does with that information.

Some of what you tell us in preparing for a retreat is personal and sensitive. We treat it that way: it is seen only by the people who need it to prepare for and hold your retreat safely, and it is not used for marketing.

Part of that form asks about your health and any medication you take. We ask for one reason only: to work out whether a retreat would be unsafe for you, before you travel rather than after. It is a safety check and nothing more. A Tikkun retreat is a spiritual programme, not medical care — we are not a healthcare provider, we do not diagnose anyone, and we do not treat anyone. We keep those answers because we were asked to hold them safely, not because we are keeping a medical record.

Asking us what we hold

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@tikkunretreats.com and we will respond.

Changes

If this website starts collecting something it does not collect today — a form, an analytics tool, a newsletter — this page will be updated before that goes live, and the date at the top will change.
